Do You Do Bespoke Packages?

We offer a fully bespoke service where you can choose whatever décor you require for your day.

These items will be priced at an individual day hire price.

Package 

We do have one reasonably priced package available.

Adding Items…

Packages can be altered and added to, to suit your guest numbers and requirements.

Each additional item will be charged at its own rate. 

Damage or Loss of Goods…

Any damage or loss of the goods must be paid for on a like for like basis.

An additional invoice will be sent to the customer and will need to be paid within 1 week.

Once set up at the wedding it is the customer’s responsibility for the stock until it is collected.

I’m Altering My Guest Number…

Final confirmation of full order and guest numbers will be required 2 weeks before the wedding day.

If any guests or décor is added inside the 2-week period, we cannot guarantee to have the additional numbers or stock required.

I’ve Changed My Mind…

Please let us know about the cancellation ASAP.

If under 4 weeks a refund will not be issued.

If between 4-12 Weeks – 50% refund of paid money (excluding deposit).

If over 12 weeks – Full refund of money paid (excluding deposit).

When Do I Pay?

An invoice will be created once the quote has been agreed.

A non-refundable deposit will be taken upon booking to secure your date.

The remaining balance will need to be paid 1 calendar month before the wedding date.

If the booking is within 6 weeks from the wedding the balance will need to be paid in full.

What Do You Do On The Day?

On the day of your wedding (or night before depending on times/venue), we will arrive at your venue first thing in the morning to set up.

The setting up can take anything up to a few hours, but you can be assured the venue will be ready for your arrival.
